Let us delve into picture, there are several choices of dim sum here. Dim Sum Chef Ng Meng Loong showcases his creativity through a selection of handcrafted dim sum. He introduce his specialties such as Crispy Duck Skin Rice Rolls, Blue Flower Glutinous Rice with Chicken, Mushrooms and Sun-Dried Scallop, Red Bean Paste Bun with Coconut Milk Bun, Match Buns with Pumpkin Paste, Eggplant Shaped Glutinous Rice Balls with Purple Sweet Potato, Chicken and Prawn Dumpling with Corduroys Flower and Black Garlic, Cuttlefish Dumpling with Black Truffle and the Musang King Pancake.
We found the Japanese Unagi Cheese Roll serve with Yogurt Sause was the BEST food in the menu! It consists the taste of salty and sweet, the overall combination was heavenly matched.
One of their signature dim sum - Eggplant Shaped Glutinous Rice Ball with Purple Sweet Potato was one of our favorites too. The chewy texture combined the sweetness of the potato and glutinous rice, it was soft and smooth. Highly recommended!
There are 3 flavours of Buns, Charcoal Bun Stuffed with Salted Egg York Custard, Matcha Buns with Pumpkin Paste and Red Bean Paste with Coconut Milk Bun. The charcoal bun deserved a special mention, with a touch of gold, three buns were jut the way we liked it- with oozy, liquid salted egg york custard. The rich and thick filling was absolutely fantastic!
Never missed out their Crispy Duck Skin Rice Rolls. The rice flour rolls with crispy duck skin, paired with their home made sambal sauce, every bit was satisfying and enjoyable!Last but not least, conclude the dim sum experience with the delicious Musang King Pancake. Smooth durian and velvety cream filling wrapped with the soft durian thin crepe. It were definitely a lovely end to our dim sum session.

They turned the durian flesh into a soft delicate pulp wrapped with durian skin. The durian pulp brings out the intense flavour of fruit. It is perfect for all durian lovers/
White Lotus Bird’s Nest Snow Skin Mooncake which is one of their signature mooncake. It is SUGAR FREE! It made up with White lotus with bird nest filling wrapped with snow skin. It is recommended for people who trying to eat HEALTHY!
