This @YangKeeKitchen ‘s homemade abalone Loh Mai Kai made with a treasure trove of ingredients - steamed glutinous rice topped with Abalone, Chinese sausage, free range marinated chicken, sauteed dried shiitake mushrooms. The glutinous rice was well seasoned and cooked just right, firm, moist and with each grain distinct. With the combination of all the flavorful toppings, this was so delicious when you eaten together with the steamed glutinous rice. I enjoyed every bit of it. Besides, It is also free from preservatives and MSG.
