Some of the must-try signature offerings include the beautifully cooked Kambing Bakar Chef Yussof; rich and luscious Ikan Merah Tiga Rasa Chef Taza; Nasi Briyani Chef Taza and Nasi Ayam Chef Wong.
Breaking fast will not be complete without the bold traditional flavours. The signature dishes were prepared using quality ingredients while preserving the heritage flavours. Enjoying authentic Malaysian food will be the least of your concerns here.
The dish that we enjoyed the most was the ayam goreng berempah and ikan goreng berempah. Lightly battered, well-seasoned and perfectly deep fried, whether paired with rice or enjoyed on its own, these 2 dishes were fabulous
Seafood lovers can also rejoice because aside from local flavours, the buffet also offers generous servings ocean-fresh seafood such as Slipper Lobsters, Oysters, Scallops and Mussels.
Lastly, we all know the importance of sweet treats to replenish and refuel for the day, and for some, perhaps even to prepare for the day ahead. Serena Brasserie also has you covered with a plethora of sweet treats ranging from fruits, kurma, local kuih, ice-cream, ice kacang and more. There is no shame in heading directly to the dessert section when breaking fast!
